ID Verification

Thank you for submitting materials so the Kentucky Lottery can verify your age and identity as required by state and federal law in order to activate your Kentucky Lottery account. To begin this process, you must have spoken with Customer Service first; Customer Service should have indicated which documents are necessary for your specific situation. Without speaking to Customer Service, your documents will not be reviewed and instead will be deleted immediately.

Your uploaded documents must be:

• Original
• May not be expired

The scanned images must be:

• In color
• Clear and legible
• Include the front and the back of the document
• Acceptable file formats are: .doc, .docx, .jpeg, .png, .pdf, .rtf, or .jpg
• Under 4 MB

Please do not provide a copy of your military ID as a form of photo identification. Please provide only the form(s) of identification requested by Customer Service. If you have questions or need assistance, contact Customer Service at 877-789-4532 or Chat with us.

KLC is not liable for any unrequested, confidential information that is uploaded. Uploading documentation is optional, but without information to verify your identity, we will be unable to successfully complete your request. Documentation will be used for verification purposes only. After documentation is reviewed, it will be deleted.
